Week at a Glance (April 19 – April 25)

A week when raindrops fell and perennials broke ground.
A week when diversity ruled in bread making.
When oatmeal-sunflower and cornmeal-honey
provided variety when the days of the week blurred.
A week when rock walls and stone benches at a local farm
spoke of solid workmanship, stability, and longevity.
Characteristics so needed as our world spins out of control.

About Mary Jane

I am a retired English teacher. My husband, Frank, and I have lived on Cape Cod since 2000. I am a lifelong bread baker and writer and have been posting a blog on Falmouth Patch for the last few years. Savory Seasons has been largely devoted to recipes and food in general. I am hoping to expand my focus in this new blog.
