They’re Worth It

Read a comment yesterday that a house wasn’t really a home unless there was animal hair on every available surface. Well, I guess we qualify!

I read the quote shortly after complaining about that very same fact. I spent the morning vacuuming  the rugs and couches and washing footprints and doggie drool off of the tile. I also complained about the fact that THE CAT uses the arm of one of the couches as a scratching post, and THE DOG feels compelled to give a full body shake immediately after getting a drink of water, spewing droplets of water and hair in all directions.

And then I looked at their faces. What can I say? They’re worth it.

  1. They’re gorgeous and yes I would put up with a bit of extra cleaning to keep them happy 😊
