No real recipe needed here. Just a tip about the dressing. Thin mayonnaise with lots of fresh lemon juice and pesto. Pictured here is a combination of a 12 ounce box of multi-colored rotini, cooked broccoli and grape tomatoes, but you could really do any combination of vegetables that you like. The dressing is the key.
Doesn’t get much simpler or better.
