Useful and Pretty

IMG_0939You might think that Ball jars are a funny thing to get excited about, but it is what it is! I was delighted when they came out with their Heritage Collection of pint sized blue jars earlier in the year. They’ve now added a quart sized green jar.

I use regular clear Ball jars for storing everything from lentils and rice to leftover soup. The pretty tinted ones have opened a new world of possibilities. The blue pints have been elevated to iced tea glass status. The green quarts double as vases. And then there are my Easter
( or just because it’s Spring ) presents tied up with bows.
